Subject: – MINUTES OF THE MC MEETING OF PSPA HELD AT OFFICE OF

                THE ASSOCIATION AT 8 P.M. ON JANUARY 03, 2024.

The subject meeting was chaired by Chairman PSPA Mr. Muhmmad Hashim. Minutes of this meeting are enclosed herewith;

   PROCEEDINGS

2. The Acting SG-PSPA sought permission from Chairman -PSPA to start the proceedings with the recitation of Holy Quran by Mr. Munir Hussain of Rizwan Ind Corp.

     Approval of the Minutes of M.C. Meeting held on December 06, 2023.

3. The Acting SG-PSPA went through Minutes of the MC Meeting held on Dec 06,
4. The Minutes were considered to be recorded correctly. Mr. Kashif Inayat of Inayat Pipe Industry proposed that the Minutes be approved. Sh. Muhammad Tayyab of Pakistan Pipe Industries (Pvt.) Ltd seconded the proposal. Thus, these Minutes were approved as such. Then Acting SG handed over the forum to Chairman-PSPA for further proceedings.

Presentation of Cancer Care Hospital & Research Center.

4. The Chairman -PSPA introduced the Team Members of the Cancer Care Hospital and Research Center, Lahore who had been invited to give a presentation on the project of Cancer Care Hospital and Research Center Foundation. The Team Members made detailed presentation on this project and requested all the members present to make generous donation for this Cancer Care Hospital and Research Center where no patient will be refused treatment and every patient will receive free care and hospitalization no matter what the stage of the patient might be at the time of reaching the hospital for the cancer care. As this presentation took more than 90 minutes or so the agenda points of the meeting were not taken up because of the shortage of time.

5. There being no other point, meeting came to an end with a vote of thanks to the chair.
